My ear 1 right bud keeps disconnecting after few minutes

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue with my ear 1 , the right bud keeps disconnecting frequently after couple of minutes which is very annoying

I am using this product from last 3 months and started seeing this issue

Is this a known issue ?

Does anyone have a solution for this ?

Can someone help me here ?

Contact customer support. They’ve helped me out. My left earbud wasn’t pairing anymore, and they’ve replaced my ear(1)'s.

Have you tried resetting it yet?
