I am Ishan Kakad, a Nothing Customer since april 2023 . Since the 7th of july 2024 I have been facing issues with the phone 1 8gb/128gb. On July 7th july 2024 in the afternoon I faced the issue of a pink line on the right edge of the display of the phone screen. I had a chat with your Nothing Customer care India executive. He advised me to reset the phone. I did the same but the issue still persists. I have visited you nothing exclusive service center in Mumbai India - https://g.co/kgs/GPTAWDU . The executive at the service center did not open the phone or ask me relevant questions and directly stated that it was a display problem and it would cost around 12,000 indian rupees to replace the display of the phone. The executive failed to provide the exact reason for why this happened as the phone is in pristine condition , there is no physical damage, no water damage, no dust damage, nothing. MANY USERS in India are facing the same issues of pink line exactly after their warranty of 1 year ends. I need a definitive solution to this problem as this is hampering my daily tasks.i have attached all the pictures
