Issues connecting to multiple devices

Had the ear1s for a couple of weeks now. Lots to love about them but having issues when moving from say my iphone to my macbook and vise-verca. Seems like sometimes it connects fast and sometimes it takes a while. Sometimes i need to manually disconnect from the initial device first. Sometimes i need to replace the buds back in the case to reconnect. Anyone else have these issues? Or ideas on how to do it properly. Thanks

this is the only thing I miss about the Airpods!

Thanks a lot for your feedback. We’re continuously working on the firmware and app so that we can improve these reported problems. Please bear with us, one of these firmware upgrades is actually due to be released soon and we’d love if you could test the performance of your buds once it’s here 👍️

Ah that is great news. Has it been released already? I think there has been an improvement when connecting from iPhone to MacBook, but not the other way around. Thanks

Yeah I’ve been having the same issue, I mostly use them on my phone but whenever I want to use them on a different device it takes a bit for them to connect. Their have already been a couple firmware updates, hopefully they can roll one out that focus on this issue and others similar to this one soon.
