No Google Calendar Notification Option

Hello and hope you all are well! I’m new to the Nothing Community. I have The Watch Pro 2 from 2 days. One thing I haven’t figured out is how to get Google Calendar notifications. I can’t find the Google Calendar (and its integration) in the Notifications settings inside the CMF Watch app, nor in the settings on the watch. My Amazfit BIP 5 (a very entry level) integrate in its calendar google calendar notification naturally and notify all events on my google calendar.

ermanno_nardelli Hello, i had the same problem, and couldnt find a fix anywhere. But at the end just restarting my phone and watch fixed the problem.

I’m not sure why your app does not show Google Calendar in the Notification list. Mine does, as the below screenshot.

My issue is that the CMF app does not show Samsung Calendar in the Notification list.

Hello, I’m writing from Italy and I’m receiving a pro 2 soon. Thank you for your info, looks like you can receive google calendari notifications on your pro 2 watch, correct? If it’s so, maybe it’s a matter of update, still not available in Italy. Hope so..

Hi. Exactly. The Amazfit, for example, read the event calendar (phone and google calendar) and alert me. If i open the calendar in the watch i can see all the event calendar that will arrive. In the WP2 i see only a calendar that are very useless.

So odd. I don’t have the calendar option in my notifications either. Can someone help with this please.

You guys, under Notifications, scroll completely down, I have there “Other apps” (sorry for exact translation, I have SK language displayed on my CMF app), and over there you can find native calendar (for me it is Samsung Calendar) and I see there also Google calendar and all 3rd party apps.

maniacse Odd, I’m missing native Samsung Calendar on the S23 in the Notifications, I need to use Google Calendar too on the phone. It’s something really buggy.

Had checked that long ago. I am on the Nothing Phone 2 and Google Calendar just doesn’t come up unfortunately.

Under “Other apps” I have all my apk’s installed on my phone.. Weird. When I come back home, I can install CMF watch app on my Nothing Phone (1) and check it there.

EDIT: so, I spent some time with unpairing Watch Pro (2) from my Z Fold and pairing it with Nothing Phone (1) and yes, there is no calendar available! I went through all my settings (app, system, G calendar, …) and didn’t find anything out of ordinary compared to my main device. I just noticed, that when I open Notification tab on my Z Fold, it take several seconds to open, and as I mentioned before, I see there lots and lots of apk’s, while on Nothing Phone (1) it opens menu in no time, but I do not see there all apps installed on that device. So, sorry folks, I am not able to help you.. 😟😢

Thank you for trying. Really hope it gets fixed. Sucks if your own devices can’t support it while others can.
