Just out of the box and paired I can’t update. Also I cant change any watchface or download new ones.

When I hit the button “update” on the app it says “updating” but then the watch restarts and gets disconnected. I’ve tried this many many times and I’ve already resetted the watch to factory settings.

All permissions are given to the app, battery saver disabled. I’m using a Motorola Edge Neo 30 with Android 14.

What am I missing?

Make sure your app is updated (3.1.8), if it show the original Watch Pro, unpair and pair again and it should work

    RafaQuintero hey i am facing same issue can you elaborate how to fix it, because I unpaired and paired it, but it doesn’t worked for me
