RapidZapper after waiting for 2 days I get call from nothing support that the coupon can’t be redeemed until the end of bbd sale. If this was the case then why was it not informed prior? I have been waiting for 2 months to redeem the code in bbd sale so that I can get a good deal but now I feel betrayed from Nothing. Very weel played @Carl , did not expect this from Nothing. I regret being with nothing all these day’s.

Hi, there was an email I received on 2nd August 2024 on Closure of NFT dots program and its transfer into alternate rewards.

Unfortunately, I missed this email and caught my eye only recently. I am a bit surprised as I thought NFTs were supposed to be forever, however I understand why Nothing has done away with it. I also missed the above post in this community ( I found this post after I just posted a new post on the same) .

Could you please give a chance to those who missed on this communication to transfer NFT into alternate Rewards?

I would suggest having multiple reminders especially when monetary implications are involved for the community members.

mark0 - just to double check, you are trying to apply the code on valid items. Such as:

Carl Cannot be combined with other promos, only valid on Nothing brand smartphones and audio products.

I entered the code approx month ago and it was working , but I didn’t do purchase I was checking the prices, it was working on both. Now it doesn’t work on discounted also on non discounted devices.
