Tom yes. i had already updated the firmware a few days ago. it still did not connect to my apple watch.
although after reading your above response i checked for the firmware update in the app again which showed as “up to date”.
then i restarted all my devices, updated the nothing x application on my phone from the app store too & also remove the buds from bluetooth list and paired again with my phone.
after which it was able to connect buds my watch successfully. i don’t know how it did but as you already mentioned that the issue was addressed and resolved so your reply was helpful to me.
