adbo Unfortunately I don’t think it’s possible to purchase just the screw - you’d have to purchase a whole new back cover which comes with the screw. You could try reaching out to the support team to see if they can offer you any alternatives
hrry Replacements are easily found… the phone uses M2 screws, a common standard for electronic devices. You’ll just need to make sure you get the correct depth. You can see the measurements, here.

While you might not find the exact one at third party retailers and hardware stores, you can find a huge variety of thumbscrews of different shapes and sizes. You could probably find something really close and who knows, it might even be fun to mix it up a bit.
