I have evidence that AKS H (Miracase) is selling counterfeit products on Amazon, which has been confirmed by Nothing India. I possess a call recording with customer care as proof.

Shockingly, Amazon is supporting this fraudulent seller by asking customers to provide a denial letter from the Nothing team. Furthermore, Nothing India is refusing to provide this letter, leaving customers vulnerable.

I demand strict action against AKS H (Miracase) and Amazon for enabling these illegal activities. Nothing India must also take responsibility for their inaction. This negligence puts customers at risk and undermines trust in online marketplaces."

Please note that this is a serious issue, and you may want to consider reporting it to Amazon’s customer service and/or legal department, as well as Nothing India’s customer support and legal team.

A scam is going on amazon and Flipkart with your product (cmf gan 65w charger). A much lower price of cmf charger is sold by both amazon and Flipkart that compromise on quality and capacity. Pls look into it. Also this scam is out in YouTube by Tamil channel named Tamil Tech brother. Pls respond with appropriate measures so that your loyal users will not get offended and loose trust on you.

As much as I know there is only one CMF 65W charger that is on Flipkart and all others are fakes.

Amazon has a lot of fake Nothing CMF products. It has nothing to do with the platform, maybe they are taking advantage of the fact that Nothing may not take a proper legal action against those fake brands.

Finally people are waking up to what I have been saying that Flipkart is selling products which are faulty or not working or duplicate made in china . I have been shouting that make croma official partner n dump Flipkart n Myntra n all rest ecommerce partners . @Nothing India n @CarlPei note whats going on . Won’t be far when social media starts on X or twitter. Guys nothing has good products but poor service n bad replacement policy. I appreciate hard work from company but I don’t understand why something like products replacement policy n service is big issue .
