Same text message received multiple times - Vi

Does only VI users are receiving the be same messages multiple times or other network uses also receiving the same message multiple Times

When I contacted VI cust care, they are saying there is no problem in the network, and they are saying there is a software glitch in the phone? Nothing support, it’s very annoying with this phone kindly solve it immediately.

I am literally tired of this issue. Only banking and transactional messages get repeated multiple times. Apart from this the phone is awesome and the battery backup is amazing. Kindly solve this issue before I throw this phone on someone’s face.

It was mentioned in other post to turn off the 4G calling feature would resolve the issue, but for me it didn’t work as well.

Kindly provide this issues resolution.
