Rob ⚡️ Many thanks for sharing the info and the finding.

I checked my Android devices and I cannot trigger the update, still using the 1.0.8.

However, the version 1.0.9 (74MB here) is indeed available on iPadOS with:

  • Now supports push notifications
  • Improved Bluetooth experience
  • Improved earbuds connection

Hopefully tomorrow we’ll have the update for Android and a thread started by Rudi so we can share our feedback.

Rudi That’s an impressive number, many congratulations. However, just like the numbers the PlayStation 5 is achieving, I wonder how many more units could be shipped if not for the stock constraints.

Kastello Perhaps the Android version needs more time to be certified? I am sure we’ll get it soon.

And I am always checking to see when we’ll get a beta channel on the Google Play Store. If that happens, I am pretty sure it’s going to be full really quick. Curious to know what Nothing will do.

What device do you have, Kastello? thank you for the compliments 😁

Cheetosdust I’ve been informed that both iOS and Android users should’ve had this update at the same time but it reaches everyone out gradually.

Thank you for the recognition too 😁

Keep me posted about it in the next couple of days Kastello. It should reach you very soon, please bear with us.

And for the note, both OS releases have the same improvements 👍

        Rudi

I was just being cheeky with my words. Lol. Soon as I get it, I’ll let you all know ☺️

Rudi If you don’t get anything by the weekend, let me know

        Still nothing sadly!

        • Rudi replied to this.

          That’s odd Kastello

I’m going to check this further for you. Could you please confirm your current version?

            @Rudi

I too didn’t get any update and I’m from India. My current version is 1.0.8. Even though Google releases the update in batches, it won’t take that long to get it. Kindly check with the R and D and confirm.

              Rudi

Still old version 😄 I got the last few updates instantly just this not..

              And seems I’m not alone!

And also if I look into the Google play store “Zuletzt aktualisiert” / Last Update 19.09.2021

                Ok, Kastello Surya_8055

Everything is normal from our end, just checked - thanks @Surya_8055 for the suggestion, I had pinged them after @Kastello’s reply 👍

Our Android rollout is currently at 60% so it’s just a bit more time preventing you from getting the update. Please bear with us a bit longer, and obviously, keep me posted 😀
