CMF Neckband Pro - Not pairing properly with Phone (2)

My cmf neckband pro is not pairing properly with my phone 2. Even when it happens sometime, it has a bug of not allowing calls through the neckband pro. It’s really frustrating since both the products are from brand but is not seamless and has bug still. �

Maby stupid question, but does it help when you turn off on your bluetooth? My watch wasnt also connecting properly, it helped when i turned off my phone bluetooth and connect again in the app.

Problem solved for me

Yes I too faced similar one problem

My neck band pro did connect with nothing phone 2,

all media sounds were coming from earphones,only phone calls was problem ( yes mic were fine , did test by recording)

Things I did

Factory reset neck band - problem was still there

Restarted phone 2 … and reconnected to neck band finally problem got solved
