EMILJOEANTONY Hi, I just noticed that the back glass of my np2 is buldging and a glue like smell is coming from the phone,is the battery buldging,should i keep the phone away to avoid any fire hazards or is the back glass pasting getting separated

EMILJOEANTONY RapidZapper i have contacted them via phone and they asked me to send pictures and invoice and stuff.i send those yesterday itself,but till now there’s been no response.
Sourav_Satvaya It’s happening because of the swollen battery. You need to replace the battery, other than that there’s no option. Contact Nothing Support, and replace the battery in an authorisation service centre.
Sourav_Satvaya EMILJOEANTONY It happens sometimes, some batteries don’t swell even after 3-4 years and some can with+in 6 months. Ask the support team if it can be replaced for free or not, as it’s under warranty I hope you’ll get a new battery for free.
RajeevKumar_vNXavrqAJ7 The buldge origin is off where it should be if the battery is swollen as the battery swells in the center mostly. Still I’ll suggest go to Service Center
