I have the Watch Pro 1 since December 2023. From the beginning I and others had problems with the App tracking our activity in a different country. This took several weeks of complaining to be fixed. Now there are more. The app update before the Watch Pro 2 arrived removed the distance travelled in Miles or Km, which is ridiculous. There were also 3 new activity rings introduced. Only 1 of them worked. The app was updated to include the new Watch. These issues were not fixed. On 23/7/24, the app stopped uploading any tracked activity on my Watch Pro. Others have this as well. Despite numerous emails to CMF “support” who constantly thank me for my suggestions for consideration instead actually saying “ Hey we’re sorry for these problems spoiling your enjoyment of our product, we’ll get it sorted” They’ve also said they “understand my feelings” but still do nothing. The next update failed to resolve a single issue. More emails followed. More not understanding or caring about these issues from “support” I was assured the issues had been passed to the tech people. So I saw another update 2 days ago which I did. Guess what?????. Absolutely nothing again. What is going on????. Does anyone in charge at CMF care about customers? The service is absolutely disgraceful I’m sad to say because the Watch Pro 1 is great, I enjoy using it. I just want the app to work properly. Is that really asking too much? I’m going back to my Huawei Watch Fit in the meantime because the app is far superior. If you at CMF are serious about making good products it’s time to prove it before people vote with their feet, literally.
