I bought the CMF Watch Pro 2 about 10 days ago. It works fine but sometimes I wake up without the watchface I was using the day before. Straight up deleted from the watch and i have to download it again. Anyone else with this issue? This morning I woke up without 2 of my most recent used watchfaces, the other day was 1.

    I have a similar problem. For me, however, it started with 3 watch faces that were no longer there the next day. In addition, data such as blood pressure was missing. In addition, my sleep was also tracked incorrectly. I could tell exactly when the watch deleted the data, because from then on my sleep was tracked and I therefore woke up after only 1 hour of sleep. This has happened twice now, the second time was in the afternoon. I then reset the watch to factory settings and hoped that the problem would be solved. But now it has reset itself to factory settings without me doing anything. Also, it didn’t vibrate or anything like that, and I didn’t have to select the language like usual, all the data was just gone and the default watch faces were all there. I hope this is just a software error.

      Same problem, I was using the “Digits time” face yesterday and today it disappeared… I tried factory reset, but it still doesn’t appear in the “Digital” section. APP version: V3.2.8 and watch app version: V1.0.0.57

        The damm thing keeps resetting itself and you loose all data. It’s really the worst Nothing product I own. Wish I had bought an Amaze fit instead of this. Highly disappointed.
