I have been using ears(1) for 1 year and 4 months now. After 11 months, I got a replacement as my battery had an issue. But this new ear(1) is just like the same old one. It sounds so low on Spotify. I need to maximise the volume to get a loud sound and, doing that, the sound gets distorted, it doesn’t sound pleasing and, while on calls, I need to maximize the volume and it still gets low volume only and the battery drains so fast, keeping it at maximum volume. And with Windows laptops it works well, I can say. Issues with Android and iPhones. Does anyone have the same issue with ears(1)? And no custom equalizer for Ear(1). I feel nothing has stopped working on Ear(1). Nothing should bring some updates to any ear(1) fixing the issues. If its hardware has an issue, then rip it off.
