how can I unlock my phone if I forgot the pin

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I am currently facing with my Nothing Phone (1). My device recently restarted, and now it is asking for the PIN to unlock the screen. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the PIN and am unable to access the device.

Usually, I unlock my phone using the fingerprint sensor, but since the restart, it is only accepting the PIN as the unlock method. I have attempted several combinations that I thought might work, but I have not been successful so far.

Could you please provide any suggestions or instructions on how I can regain access to my phone? I would greatly appreciate it if you could recommend any official software or tools that could help in this situation.

I understand the importance of device security and would like to avoid a factory reset if possible, as I have important data on the phone that has not been backed up recently.

Please note the developing option has not been enabled, and I can’t enable it now as I can’t access the settings of the phone.

I am looking for open source software, or one that provides trail version. Furthermore, as far as I am aware, the Nothing phone is not included in the list of mobile devices that Wondershare supports.

You won’t be able to unlock your phone and keep your data.

The only solution is to wipe your device to use your phone again

Can we enable USB debugging if the device is locked?

I see there are many out there who advertise doing it with ABD, but it requires the USB debugging enabled before hand.

well, no way to do it. else those phones which get stolen people will take data and blackmail. youre basically asking for 0 security phone just coz you forgot the pin
