I’d contact support mate, even provide some sample recordings to them. My Ear’s & Buds Pro 2 have solid microphones and no reported issues from when I use them, and I’m in 8ish hours of calls with them most days. In fact, Nothing was applauded for their microphone quality when the release the Ear’s this year.
I guess the obvious questions are - have they been submerged in water? And, have you tried a reset on them? Are they on the latest software? Or, have you tried them with another device? If you experience the same issues, support should be helpful in whatever you need to do next.
