On 11/09/24, the screen of my CMF Phone (1) suddenly stopped working. While the phone vibrates when the power button is held, the screen remains completely black, making it unusable.
I’ve tried:
Restarting the phone multiple times—issue persists.
Inspecting the screen for physical damage or cracks—except a few small cracks on the screen protector, none were found.
Checking for signs of water damage—none detected.
Phone vibrates and responds to the power button, indicating the device is still functioning internally.
How do I fix this? And if there’s no way to fix it, will warranty cover this?
