Hi @Rob ⚡️ Yes, I’m using the speed indicator in the status bar to check. I’ll tell you a scenario, maybe that would explain the issue better.
I’m using my mobile for streaming video, no buffering and it plays smoothly. The speed indicator shows a good 2 MBps speed. Suddenly, the buffering begins and the speed reads 0.25 to 3 kbps. I’ve to close the app, reopen it, and open a video (basically I’ve to re-trigger data usage 3 to 4 times) before the connection gains the necessary speed.
This is not an issue related to any specific app. Whatsapp texts sometimes don’t get sent for several seconds. Banking apps pause for seconds before becoming functional. Etc.
I’d tried contacting the support team through a call. They gave me troubleshooting tips which weren’t helpful. So, before visiting the service centre, I thought I’d talk here to you people.
