Wake screen for notifications issue

When there is text mess,lets say like an OTP received, the screen doesn’t wake up to show the notification. I need to tap the screen to see the notification. Its not only for text but also for other notifications like whatsapp…etc

Is this the issue or the software is designed accordingly? Any one facing such issue?

kaushikshanthan try enabling the feature Settings -> Lock Screen -> Wake screen for notifications

Thank you.. but the feature is enabled and still the issue is available!

kaushikshanthan I don’t use this feature so I can’t tell you but you can submit a bug report to the software team by following the little guide linked - here.

I’m using the Nothing Phone 2 there is any issue that I am facing in recent times and its very annoying.

My screen does not wake up when I get any notification,kindly let me know how do I fix this issue.
