Thank you so much for your replies, I really appreciate it.
Unfortunately I cannot use my phone 2a and therefore I cannot send feedback.
I don’t think I will ever buy Nothing product again, especially phones😪.
I have sent private messages to the team and NO ONE from NOTHING!
I sent 2 private messages on the 26th of June 2024 and to date STILL NO reply from Nothing/
I phoned customer service about the issues with my phone 2a, explained everything to them Overheating, battery drain and call waiting function is on but does not work!
They advised me to send it away to be checked, I asked would I have to pay for it and was told yes if they cannot reproduce the faults as stated above, so in all NOTHING I unfortunately have given up on you and products and lost faith in your products and support as been waiting almost 5 months for NOTHING to respond to to PM’S I sent and I’m still waiting, anyway not worried anymore as you have now lost my custom.
Thanks again to those who have replied to my last ever discussion on this forum.
