Issues with Gmail notifications?

Is it just me, or does anyone else have issues with Gmail notifications being delayed by alot on the Phone 2a?

I don’t have this issue with any other email client, just Gmail.

Any solutions?

ZeAbhinav just play with permisions of the app turn off and on all notifications from the app, i had this problem too.

Try clearing the entire app storage from settings and if it persists turn off battery restriction to unrestricted.

Also check if you’ve enabled some kinda high priority notification only within Gmail app, it kinda messes with notification as well.

make sure sync is on, check battery restriction for gmail and play around as @Vlad said.

Hi. I bought a 2a yesterday. I have the same issue. I did try everything but don’t receive Gmail notification. Any other suggestions?
