Hi mate, audio being slow might be a internet connection issue, dependent on what the behaviour is. A few tips;
Ensure you’re on a stable internet connection
Backup, uninstall and reinstall WhatsApp, see if that rectifies the issue
Failing that, reset your Ear’s via Nothing X and see if that rectifies the issue
