Ability to record calls with Google dialer

Hi, When I bought my NP2, 1 year ago, I had an option to recodr calls with Google dialer. Now this option is disappear. I have also tried to re-enable with GMS-Flags, but the option continues to not be shown.

Someone know how to enable it again?

Is strange that this feature work for the firth period and then was disable by Google.

Yes, this is available in some regions, not all. Check out Google’s help center documentation the subject, there are 3 options’

Always record calls from unknown numbers.

Always record calls from selected contacts.

Record an individual call.

If call recording is available in your region, it’ll be accessible in your dialer app > three dots in the right > settings > call recording.

If you can’t see it, it’ll be due to your region not supporting the feature.

All the new other brand phones that use own dialer also has this issue. The laws has changed, and new OS will follow the latest laws. Some people asking for nothing dialer, as if this will be fixed, but it won’t. Whether they can record a call or not, it does not depend on the app, it depends on the regional laws. Unless you use 3rd party apps, like truecaller.
