I’ve been using the Ear 2 for almost a year now, but I lost the right earbud recently. I reached out to support, and they told me to contact the service center. About a month ago, I was quoted 2500 INR for a replacement, but I decided to wait. When I reached out again recently, the service center now tells me it’ll cost 4000 INR.
I’m confused why I’m getting two different prices. To make things worse, when I called support again to confirm price, the person told me they don’t know anything about the replacement pricing and that I’ll just have to pay whatever the service center says.
They’re charging 4000 INR for one earbud, while a new pair costs around 7000 INR on Flipkart with bank offers. I also asked if they could take my old one and offer an exchange, but the service center said no.
If I’m paying 4000 INR for one earbud, shouldn’t I at least be able to exchange my old product?
