I’d like to stop using Google Photos as I’m trying to degoogle as much as possible.
I have tried some FOSS gallery apps like Aves Libre which is a great app, but, by disabling Google Photos I lose the ability to edit the screenshot by pressing the pencil button next to the screenshot thumbnail on the bottom left corner of the screen. (see attachment) Whenever I press the pencil button, the share button and the edit button disappear and nothing happens.
