I was going to say you can import it if you have a buddy in the US but it’s not available there either yet. If you know anyone in Europe you can ask them to ship it to you via international mail, which I believe doesn’t require much paperwork. Furthermore, if the Ear (open) are uncertified in Canada, that could be quite costly, per the Radiocommunication Act:
Importing uncertified wireless equipment into Canada, using wireless equipment that does not meet Canadian standards and causing interference are all offences under the Radiocommunication Act.
If you commit an offence under the Radiocommunication Act, you may be subject to a fine of up to $5000.00 or imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both.
I’d highly recommend just waiting until the North American release, which is likely coming in the next month or two if I were to guess.
