Hi everyone,
After setting up a work profile using the Intune Company Portal app, I’m having trouble with WhatsApp. Messages don’t send when I’m on Wi-Fi, but they work fine on mobile data. Before setting up the work profile, everything was working well.
I’ve tried the following solutions:
Restarted the device
Tried different Wi-Fi networks
Other devices connected to my home Wi-Fi work fine
The issue seems specific to WhatsApp; Telegram works without any problems
Non of these solved the issue, This problem happens frequently.
Can anyone suggest a quick fix
for this? Thanks!
