I bought my phone 2, 2 months ago and Iam satisfied with it but I saw there is something stuck inside the backside of phone which is clearly visible , I am wondering how it went and stuck . Look at the photo

Look at the near the NFC coil there is something in black colour stuck

I’d suggest contacting Nothing Support and follow up with more details and photos, they are in the place to properly assist you. You can reach them by going to your Phone settings > system > feedback and submitting a ticket.
