Bought the Nothing Ear in May of 2024, so it’s still relatively new. Here’s the issue I have now though:
- The case does not work at all (does not charge earbuds, does not respond to reset button) without being plugged into USB.
- If the case is plugged in to USB, it will charge the earbuds. If I remove the earbuds and use them, putting them back into the case will not turn them off, and they will drain the battery unless I turn off the bluetooth on my phone.
- Yes I have the latest firmware.
Since resetting does not fix the issue, is there something else I can try? Does Nothing offer an exchange for these? It just seems wrong that 150 euros buys me this kind of quality.
