Each and every product has one or the other issue which were raised multiple times by multiple users for a long time. If we send feedback through Feedback system it is not taking as a feedback. The only solution they provide is to take it to service center. For example I provided feedback related to camera clarity and improvements with photos. But the solution I got is to take it to service center.
How many service centers are there and the service centers are too long from our location.
This is not the right way to treat customers or this is not the proper feedback system for users.
