Inconsistent Notifications - Help

When my nothing phone 1 is locked i am unable to receive whatsapp,snapchat messages and calls but sometimes i recieve it, i follow the all steps related notification but i didn’t get any solution, please try to solve my problem as soon as, thank you team nothing.

ShekhJisan Make sure this setting in Privacy section that says “Don’t show notifications at all” is turned off to receive notifications on lockscreen! I hope this helps. ignore the red highlight.

ShekhJisan Hey mate. Follow the steps above but, also make sure that:

Battery saver mode is deactivated.
You haven’t sent your phone to silent or do not disturb
