I haven’t upgraded to the beta version of Nothing OS 3.0, because I’d rather use a stable release version.
However, one very important issue for me is right-to-left text (RTL) text support in languages like Hebrew and Arabic.
If you’re currently using the beta version of Nothing OS 3.0, here’s how you can check for RTL layout issues:
- Enable developer settings
- Go to About phone > Nothing OS, then tap the “Build number” 7 times until Developer Options are enabled.
- Navigate to System > Developer options and enable “Force RTL layout direction.”
Alternatively, if you speak a language that uses an RTL script, you can switch to it.
Once you’ve enabled the RTL layout, please take a look at the system and Nothing apps to identify any visual bugs or layout issues. (Important: only report issues with Nothing OS or Nothing apps. Nothing cannot address issues with third-party apps.)
