- For some weird reason, i got the feeling that my tws earphones (Realme air buds 3) sounded better on my old phone, so I tried comparing the two. The sound I got on a 50-60% volume level on my Redmi K20 pro is comparable to 70-90% on this phone. The volume is okay while taking calls on WhatsApp, etc but while listening to music on Spotify or YouTube, it makes me regret my purchase, especially when this phone has no audio jack.
- WhatsApp call glitch - 4-5/10 times when I video call someone on WhatsApp, they say they can’t hear me, so I have to cut the call and try again, and then it gets fixed. This is irritating to say the least.
I have already filled the Google form regarding these issues, along with the camera issue (I’m sure I don’t need to dive deep into that in this post). I just wanted to see if you all are facing these issues as well.
One more thing I wanted to point out is that, even though I love what you are doing with the brand, I don’t understand the hypocrisy of preaching sustainability on the packaging and not providing a 3.5mm jack on phones. It renders our wired headphones useless, and makes us buy more wireless headphones for no reason. I’m sure you can design the next one to accommodate one of those.
