I was just casually using the buds at home, and when I opened the case to put the buds back in, noticed that the magnet had been fallen from the top of the case and was just resting on the bottom of the case.
I contacted the support team they suggested me to visit the service centre, which I did and the service centre was of the least help, they said it cannot be fixed so now I am using it after sticking the magnet with super glue
I am also not happy with not receiving any updates since more than a year its like they just made the product and forgot about it, the website also doesn’t have the ear(1) a product.
Really disappointed.
