I am a rower and intended to use Watch Pro 2 to track my heart rate during workouts. However, I’m a bit weird and tend to have a way lower heart rate than the work I’m doing implies. Even if I push myself right to the limit to the point where I pass out, my heart rate doesn’t go above 160 (I’m a woman in my 20s). Is there a way to edit the boundaries of heart rate zones so my watch doesn’t categorise a hard workout as a warmup, and I can actually close my exercise ring?
