1. Regarding overcharging, my cmf phone 1 was limited to charging only upto 95% out of the box. So I expect that the same will be true for victim’s phone as well. Being a man in his 50s, I don’t think victim would have changed that setting. So there is high chance of overcharging not being an issue.
2. Regarding using a non compliant brick, as I said before phone doesn’t comes with a brick. So most of the people in India, especially when buying a budget phone are not going to buy an additional power brick. And as I said before, there are no specific charger requirements conveyed by Nothing.
3. Replacing battery? Why would someone replace battery for a phone that they bought a month ago?
Also as I stated in another thread, Nothing won’t get the device unless they will try to get it. And thats what we want. We want them to acknowledge and conduct their own investigation.
