Hi!
When I try to use my Watch pro 2, having it connected with my iPhone 11, I am facing issues with the stability of the app’s connection with the watch.
Most of the times, the watch is disconnected and I have to go back to the app for it to connect again, even if I haven’t force closed the app (I keep it opened in the background).
There’s no information on the FAQ’s on how to solve this on a iOS based device, a solution is only provided for Android devices.
App’s at the version V3.4.1 and the Watch Pro 2 is at V1.0.0.70 this being at the latest iOS version, 18.2
Anyway to solve this? Seeing reports from this that are 1 year old, and didn’t find any solution.
