DesmondChin My phone have using WHATSAPP AND WHATSAPP BUSINESS. For WHATSAPP It’s can functionaly well for sending video by msg but for WHATSAPP BUSINESS Can not send out. Evertime I need send video, it’s come out the msg “ Can’t sent the video. Choose a different video and try again”. I have ask WHATSAPP SUPPORT for solution but Still can’t resolve the problem. May I know is it WHATSAPP BUSINESS not compatible to this phone?
arpan2308 DesmondChin I am also using whatsapp for business but no such issue. Just rechecked also. May be try reinstalling whatsapp business
Derren Hey 👋 I can’t say i’ve tried to use Whatsapp Business on my phone so unsure of any compatibility issues, however i would like to know what troubleshooting steps you’ve tried so far. Also is it just video thats not working or are you not able to send text and images as well?
RachN Hi, am using WhatsApp (not WhatsApp Business) and am facing the same issue when uploading videos. Sending images and documents are fine.. I have tried clearing cache and re-downloading the app but nothing is working.
TanKeanhoong Same here it happened only in these few days until now. The only way I can send it out is by sending the video using document instead of gallery after pressed the attachment button at bottom there.
