wnow106 I don’t know where you bought your phone from, if you got it from Amazon, you’d need to contact Amazon, if you got it from AliExpress, you need getting in touch with them and if you got it from Flipkart, you’d have to contact Flipkart. For orders directly from Nothing, you usually got an e-mail after ordering the phone stating to just reply if you have further questions or issues regarding your order.
Personally I’m using a Phone (2) since about half a year and only had minor complains, some of which were just fixed with OS 3.0
