Pausing Problems with Nothing ear

I recently bought the nothing ears and it often just pauses the music while listening, probably because it thought i put one out although i didnt. The music goes on If i move them around a bit, however it often stops again a few minutes later. If i turn off the pausing feature it works perfectly. I was wandering what might cause this issue or how to fix it except turning this Feature Off completely.

Hello, a while ago I had a similar problem. I was listening to music and out of nowhere it paused and the right earphone stopped detecting that I was wearing it. I restarted the headphones a couple of times and a software update also arrived so I don’t know what solved it or at least until now it hasn’t happened to me again.

What has happened to me is a problem with charging the headphones, sometimes they don’t charge completely in their case and I still can’t solve it, but that’s another topic.

Have you updated the software to the latest version?

EAC_10 Yes it ist updated to the latest Version. I just found out that the problem gets worse when I have a thick hood or multiple hoods on. If I don’t have a hood on, everything works fine, but I don’t know why this is. The charging problem hasnt happened to me yet so i sadly cant Help you out with this.
