Have I been removed from discord

I suspect I’ve been removed from nothing discord, but before I follow this up, is the discord server down?

Cause if I have been removed then that’s ridiculous, sensoring people’s opinions on the company & how it’s acted on the np2 that’s full of bugs & this company is failing to address any of them & leave me with a product that does not work properly.

First Nothing is certainly the company that censored the LESS their users lmao… no other brands let their poeple talk and address problems on a discord like they do.

What bugs are you refering to ?
What OS version are you ? aka : are you using the open-beta ?
Did you report your problems into settings > system > feedbacks ? A friendly reminder that the discord is here to discuss about problems and try to fix them together, if it’s not you need to report them there forthe team to see it. They are working they cannot read the discord all day long… that’s pretty obvious

Nothing does not censor opinions, and the only posts which are removed are those which go against our rules and/or code of conduct. Removing members from the server is never taken lightly, and the option would only be explored on a case-by-case basis when other options have not worked.

If your device is not working properly, I would recommend reaching out to support as they will be able to help you, or arrange for a repair/replacement where necessary. If you are experiencing a bug, please report it through the appropriate channels as issues reported on the Discord server or on Nothing Community may not be picked up by the team. And just because a bug has not been acknowledged on the Discord sever or on Nothing Community, or that it is not fixed in the next update, does not mean it is not being addressed and may be planned for a future update.

I wasn’t rude or swearing, just criticism of which then I was gone.

So with respect, it’s censoring of the highest order.

If this company can’t take criticism from someone that paid £700 for a product that doesn’t work, then clearly they have bigger issues & deserve all the negativity they receive.

This company is absolutely acting exactly the same as OnePlus, that’s a fact, they’re ignoring feedback & not addressing real issues.

I have already reached out to them & they have failed to do anything to resolve my concerns.

I’m going to be going to the store to demand a refund, this is ridiculous.

Nope they’ve removed me, how ridiculous.

I wasn’t swearing or being rude to other users.

I was being negative about the company as it’s pathetic they won’t address the audio bugs & touchscreen issues, plenty of people have reported these & not once have they addressed them.

To censor someone just because they don’t like criticism is ridiculous.

If this is how they’re going to act then it speaks volumes.

Yes I have sent feedback etc etc so have others & videos of the issues, they haven’t replied to others either.

Remi F Touchscreen doesn’t respond to touches many times a day, repeated touches to do the same action.

Somebody has already sent a video to them to show the issue, they didn’t respond to him either.

Audio bugs, there’s a whole thread on this issue, why do I need to repeat the same thing, speaker volume is way to low, audio levels keep self adjusting for no reason on various apps, go read the thread.

And again, it’s an np2 on 2.0.3.

Audio issues are still there on beta 2.5 as others have reported so I’m not going to update to that, is that enough context.

This post wasn’t to list all the issues it was to ask about discord, I’ve already posted on the forum & discord about the issues, I’ve already contacted support numerous times & twitter to which they aren’t doing anything, you can’t fix the issues as they’re ROM, software related.

You have no way of knowing what the team are/are not working on and they are absolutely not ignoring feedback; as I said, issues reported on the Discord server or on Nothing Community may not be picked up by the team. And just because a bug has not been acknowledged on the Discord sever or on Nothing Community, or that it is not fixed in the next update, does not mean it is not being addressed and may be planned for a future update.

That said, in response to your point about the touch response, Rob did post a feedback form for the users experiencing those problems just yesterday to try and get more information so that the problem can be resolved; if you are experiencing an issue with touch responsiveness it would be useful if you could fill in the form:

The code of conduct requests that you raise constructive criticism that can help resolve issues you have, and baseless and repeated claims about bugs being ignored do not fall into that category. Just complaining repeatedly that your bugs have not been acknowledged by the team does not help anyone. You can clearly see that there are many bug reports and threads/discussions, including criticism against Nothing, where users are raising their issues which are not getting censored both on Nothing Community and the Discord server.

But please be mindful that these platforms are for the community, and not for users to vent at other users about their complaints.

As for the rest, it’s pointless providing a point by point cordial reply disputing your input as it wil only be deleted, moderated in some fashion.

I simply don’t agree with what you’re stating, my opinion stands as does yours, this company needs to get there act together, were now in the 3rd month of major issues with the np2 & there has been nothing but zero communication from the company on said issues, that is quite ridiculous & the frustration is building within the community which by very nature is a very negative thing for the brand.

We’ll see if they do actually resolve the issues or not.

NHN sound volume issue has been fixed on the last 2.0.4 tho. Try it out and see if it solves this problem. Don’t forget that bugs can fixed by clapping your finger like that. Trust the team and it’ll be fixed in some days.

I think it’s prudent to add that info to the actual thread on the audio issues or the thread on 2.0.4.

I don’t think 3 months is flapping a finger & afaik, after reading the thread on 2.0.4 it’s not completely resolved by reports of others that have upgraded, we will see.

PranavDeora I mean it depends on the topic of your post 😅 if you are talking about your “share your home screen setup” topic, it seems quite normal to post it in the everything else section.
As other subdivision are for feedbacks / help from the community
