I’ve been using my earbuds for about 4 months now. Generally, they’ve worked well, and I don’t have any complaints, but there have been some minor issues. For example, I usually keep Bluetooth enabled on my phone (Nothing Phone 2) so that when I open the earbuds’ case and put them on, they connect automatically without me having to waste time. However, a couple of days ago, they connected while still inside the case. I made sure they were properly seated in the case, but I couldn’t disconnect them no matter what, so I had to turn off Bluetooth. The issue resolved itself after a day.
My main problem is that for the past couple of weeks, I haven’t been able to make calls with the earbuds on. For some reason, lately, whenever I make or receive a call—whether regular calls or WhatsApp calls—the sound doesn’t come through the earbuds but through the phone itself. This forces me to take the earbuds out of my ears. I’m attaching a photo showing that the earbuds are connected, but it doesn’t indicate at the bottom that the sound is routed through them.
