I like that idea! I recently ordered a replacement seat for my “gaming chair” instead buying a completely new one as it was super used and a little broken already😅
Same for my old keyboard. The spring mechanic for one letter was broken and they have send me a new key as replacement. They’ve send it directly from their headquarter warehouse out of the US, but I didn’t mind to wait a little longer for it. And guess what, after I decided to get a whole new keyboard I choosed the same company and this service was one reason.
Such little services are great for customer loyalty even if it means a little more logistic and I hope Nothing will consider such an option, also for future products. At least as long as the product is produced and maybe a year or two longer. There is nothing better than to hear, that they are still able to ship a replacement, even if the product is not on sale anymore.
