I just started with some Ear 2 that they gave me as a gift. Something I can’t quite figure out is the touch controls on the headphones; It is very difficult for me to find them and, therefore, to act on them, which is very painful if the command involves several touches. Furthermore, there is no haptic control, so the only way to know that it has been pressed is to hear a “click”, which is sometimes very difficult.
Likewise, the confirmation sounds for certain commands (volume up or down, changing the noise control) are quite unpleasant. It’s a shame that such a well-conceived product ends up being a bit rough in use.
