The screen in the phone 2 I have is fine, no problems, really nice and clear, but maybe I was lucky. I do not think that hardware is bad for a phone costing what Phone 2 costs, I think it is good.
Loyal customers do not exist. Have had 4 Mercedes (one of them company car), 3 Toyotas, 4 Hondas and a lot of other brands of cars and loyal is not possible as every now and then you get a bad made one. Maybe Honda the best, but not driving Honda now, so loyal, absolutely not.
To stay with phones; in family we have had so many Samsung phones that some could think that is loyalty, but not at all. Best phone I have had was a SONY/Ericsson that was a phone and nothing more, but could hold charge for talking maybe 3 – 4 days in a row without needing to be charged. Never tried that though. First Apple product was the 1. Generation iPod with black lacquered case and absolutely beautiful. Bought of course also the phone from Apple, but it never did shine. Still bought next model but when Samsung came with a phone with a pen that could be used on the phone, I forgot Apple products. Did not use the pen as much as I thought I would, but it was followed with the next and next and some S-series and the first not from Samsung was this Phone 2, which I bought out from reading about the hardware in it. Phone 2 is not a first model, so I thought that problems with the first were ironed out, but have now learned that the company is not interested in anything else than the hype and the glyph and the, until now, loyal fan base from 1s generation phone.
Will wait till update to find out if they have software in same quality as hardware to find out if I will keep it longer than till when update is released.
With what I have read here on the forum about customers, that are not really happy with the phone and the earbuds much longer than till they have had the items a month or so.
The phone 2 I have is well built, react fast and is close to a mid-range phone in some ways and to a not quite mid-range phone in other ways.
The Nothing company is not worth buying from. They are partnering with companies of very low quality, which can be seen with the chat app and the cases and other things, plus they find it OK to spend time selling clothes and talking beer when they are not doing anything to keep the phone customers happy in regard to fixing the issues that can be handled with better software. Nothing listened to a YouTube person with a lot of followers to fix problems with 1. Earbud instead of asking how to fix the issues to people that know how music sound naturally.
It is an immature company that has had luck to survive so far due to the funny rear side of the phone.
