Lack of bass from speakers.

Is there any way to improve the bass from the speakers is there an equaliser for the nothing phone 2 I have looked in settings but cannot see anything to adjust the sound profile of the phone like there is whith the nothing ear 2s with the X app any ideas?

renshaw40 try the Power amp equaliser beta from the Play store. Try the V shaped response curve which boosts the bass frequencies & attenuates frequencies from 1k to 4 k.

That helps reduce the crackling/distortion & smoothen the sound a bit.

This is a stopgap until N get round to doing something about it.

what’s the point of tuning via an equalizer the phone speaker ? The sound will never be good anyway right ?
