UPI Apps not working on WiFi Network

I have recently started using Airtel fiber wifi at my home and suddenly the UPI Apps stop working

The apps opens but basic functions like bank balance check and all other money transfer functions were not working

I have noticed this issue in phonepe,Paytm and all other UPI related apps and also my zerodha account was also getting logged out again and again

Restarting the device fixing the issue temporarily but after a day or two these issues keep repeating

But on mobile data I’m not facing this issues only on WiFi Network iam facing this issues

I have tried factory resetting my phone 2 but no use the issues are not resolved

Any one of you are facing these issues?

DileepM did you try the exact process on another phone ? it’s just to exclude that it’s not an app problem and not an OS problem

DileepM I too have Airtel optical fibre broadband & shifted from Oneplus 5 to NP2 on 22nd Oct.

I have had no issues at all with UPI transactions / mobile banking apps, both on wifi & mobile Internet.

Since in your case things work with mobile net, but not with WiFi, perhaps you should take it up with Airtel broadband customer care.

You’re phone also doesn’t appear to be the culprit here.

Airtel CC will sort it out I’m sure.

DileepM try checking private dns settings. Normally this type of issue occurs when you use custom dns for adblocking (which ends up blocking some important services if it’s not whitelisted)
