Transparency mode hissing

Hi folks, just bought a new pair of Nothing Ear 2 and I noticed a continuous hissing on transparency mode even if no sound in the room. The hissing is higher on the right ear.

Anyone can help me to solve this issue? Or is it normal?

It’s the sound of the microphone picking up the ambient sounds.
